EASYTEST is a series of high performance test systems capable of providing traditional In-Circuit and parametric testing along with functional testing of electronic boards containing analog, digital, and power supply or high voltage circuits. This method of polyfunctional testing is the most efficient in regards to time and equipment expenditures for production testing of these types of boards by reducing handling time and duplication of equipment costs. When test yields are sufficient, the various testing techniques can be adjusted to a sampling only process without additional handling or equipment. 

The EASYTEST testers are capable of performing the following testing techniques:

Thanks to the adoption of a parallel multiprocessor GAX architecture (General Architecture for test systems, used in all SPEA test systems), the EASYTEST testers are easily expandable. They can be equipped with your initial test technique requirements and later expanded or modified as per your new testing needs. 
The multiprocessor GAX architecture of the EASYTEST provides for the parallel or simultaneous execution of different test, reducing the test time that would be required by a serial test architecture or process.

Easytest 500AD

EASYTEST 500AD is most complete model of high performance test systems capable of providing traditional In-Circuit and parametric testing along with functional testing of electronic boards containing analog, digital and mixed signal components. Thanks to the versatility guaranteed by the GAX architecture, it is possible to use the instrumentation in parallel, making the EASYTEST 500AD a high performance test system for testing multiple modules at one time. This gives the user the flexibility to apply the best test strategy in relation to the type and volume of products to be tested. 

Equipped with hybrid channels, the EASYTEST 500AD can test of analog, digital and hybrid devices and boards. The EASYTEST 500AD is capable of performing over 700 measurements per second without affecting the accuracy, repeatability and measurementstability. The digital test vectors, applied via direct or multiplexed channels, can be executed at speeds up to 10MHz with different values of voltages compatible with TTL, CMOS or ECL technologies. Thanks to this peculiarity, the EASYTEST 500AD can be used to test products from simple I/O boards to complex multi-processor control boards. 

Easytest 105A

The EASYTEST 105A is a reduced footprint test system created for identifying faults introduced by the manufacturing process the combining In-Circuit test and parametric tests. The EASYTEST 105A is capable of performing over 700 measurements per second without affecting the accuracy, repeatability and measurement stability. 

After In-Circuit testing, many electronic products require the verification of a single component or a simplified functional test in order to verify the correct start up and basic operation of the product. The EASYTEST 105A is the tester for these situations. 

The test program is conceived to quickly identify faults such as short circuits, missing or mis-mounted devices or IC's with open pins. Program generation is automatic from the CAD import of the project, to test analysis of the board, to test program generation and fixture file generation, and onto the debug stage. The board may also be self learned by the tester. Equipped with either a bed-of-nails, vacuum or pneumatic interface, the EASYTEST 105A enables the powered and un-powered test of electronic modules and boards

Easytest 100A

EASYTEST 100A is the test system created for the In-Circuit, parametric and functional testing of mainly analog board and modules. The instrumentation includes 4 quadrant programmable generators, direct analog channels, and power supplies.

The EASYTEST 100A is capable of performing over 700 measurements per second without affecting the accuracy, repeatability and measurement stability. 

Thanks to the polifunctional test capability guaranteed by the hardware and software architecture, the EASYTEST 100A can be employed for the testing of a wide range of products containing mainly analog or mixed signal devices.
