SPEA Academy - Improving with technology

 

Technology constant evolution of electronics components asks for test engineers steady professional updating.
In order to transfer its know-how to SPEA’s system users, SPEA Academy was established. SPEA Academy consist of test engineer trainers who transfer in an effective way the testing knowledge.  SPEA Academy proposes step training courses that allow the development of customer’s test engineers ability. 

Training Method

SPEA’s Academy training approach is based on the succession of theoretical lessons an practice lessons.
SPEA’s trainers transfer to its customers the knowledge and ability necessary to use testing system, during the theoretical lesson.
The customer is supported by SPEA’s trainer to become the main  actor by applying what has been learnt during practical lesson.
This modality allows the customer to verify his learning level in real time.
SPEA Academy’s approach has been appreciated by SPEA’s system users, who have underlined advantages in comparison to traditional learning course.
The courses take place mainly in SPEA; on request they can take place at the customer’s.

The Multi level learning program

The Multi level learning program, is a learning methodology designed to increase Test engineer’s productivity.
The methodology identifies and reinforces the specific competences with a different approach in comparison to the traditional one.
The Multi level learning program foresees for each course:

  • three learning levels (entry – advanced – specialized) that allow a planned growth of the skills to acquire,
  • specific traninig steps for each foreseen level, that guarantee the growth of Test engineer’s skills and flexibility of the SPEA’s learning training.  

The methodology has two goals:

  • to give the customer the possibility of acquiring competence in using SPEA’s systems, through a gradual training of skills.
  • to guarantee autonomy and immediate application of acquired skills  

 

Personal Technical Assistant

SPEA Academy offers a service especially dedicated to you: the “Personal Technical Assistant”.
After the system installation, the personal technical assistant, will follow the customer for any specific need. 
The personal technical assistant is in charge of supporting the customer during the system start-up phase.
The Personal Technical Assistant will answer your requirements when the training course has ended.
