QSoft is a software product to:

Spea QSoft is a software package aimed at electronic manufacturers and repair & maintenance centers. It enables to automize the data collection of manufacturing, testing, repair and check processes.
QSoft analyzes in real time data collected by processes and measurements performed on products. It provides statistics about processes productivity, effectiveness, faultiness, and about product quality.
QSoft is conceived to collect data of each single process automatically, clearly to the process itself, without interfering with the work stations productivity.
QSoft is conceived to be used in any work area where to collect and analyze processes data. Manufacturing areas, repair, maintenance, calibration centers, are some application examples.

Manufacturing
The manufacturing of components, sets and products are production areas where the ability to control the processes and the quality of the products and to execute their traceability in order to maximize the yield and to minimize the production costs is required.

Repair centers
Repair centers are the laboratoires where electronic boards, equipments or parts of them, or instruments are repaired. These laboratoires are typically part of industrial realities, as for example, in the automotive or Telecom field, or military and government corporations. They can also be part of companies of big dimensions operating internationally or of indepedent corporations repairing mobile phones, PC, etc.on behalf of a third party. The use of QSoft in repair centers is characterized by the traceability of the repaired parts and of every performed repair, by the data collection and analysis operations automation, by not using paper documents, by storing the repair experience on the PC.

Maintenance centers
QSoft enables the internal maintenance and Customer assistance centers to keep the traceability of each intervention and of each repair performed on the installed base.

Calibration centers
QSoft enables the calibration centers to keep the traceability of each calibration intervention performed on the installed base.

LoadPack is an integrated software product for the automation of each single process data collection.

LoadPack performs the working processes data collection in real time, simultaneously with the processes execution.
In this way, data collection is performed without weighting on the cycle times and consequently on the production costs.
Data are available in real time for the immediate reaction on the processes causing defaults.

InPack allows the manual test data entry and its storage in the database.

InPack can be used in visual check stations, testing of units or lots,intermediate pre-functional tests, final tests and quality sampled tests.

RepairPack is an integrated software package based on expert system for the repair station automation.
The fault list, the suggestions of the likely causes and performed repairs (whether successfull or not) are displayed to the operator.

For every performed repair, the operator records data concerning the replaced parts and the process that caused the default. The expert system knowledge is automatically updated after the validation of a subsequent test.

The expert system analyses the fault through the learned experience, and suggests the operator the operations to perform.
 

    
RepairPack makes use of the expert system to help the repair operator searching and detecting the fault. To do this, it needs to acquire knowledge, which derives from the experience learned during the performed repairs (whether successfull or not) and from the faults storage.

ReportPack is an integrated software product for the generation of reports containing statistical, of processes and products analysis information .
The typical analyses concern the products quality, defaults, yield, times and traceability.

ReportPack analyzes data and performs statistical calculations in real time, in order to have immediately available the information about different aspects as, for example production, productivity, faultiness, etc...

WatchPack is an integrated software product for the production continuous monitoring, with video indication of the most significant statistical indicators of processes and production.

There are three main levels of the monitoring:
- single process
- work group or work area
- global

The analysis of the single process shows the operator the processing results trend, while the indicators related to the work group or work area supply an instrument for operators to control their own work.
In the same way, the global level analysis is useful for the entire production area. The indicators contain the productivity and product quality synthesis.

   Query Engine back    Minimize

Software product for the real time query of the database in order to know the status of a previously executed test.

The knowledge of the status of an executed test allows:
1. the retest of a failed board only, belonging to a panel of board, or a failed task only
2. the authorization to execute the process in a next stage of the production line

The examination is performed by  keyboard, bar code reader, network (TCP/IP protocol)
The result is supplied on video, parallel interface, network (TCP/IP protocol)

   Test Result Manager for magazines of boards back    Minimize

The automation of the board handling by using loaders and unloaders brings significant savings on the cost, as the constant presence of an operator incharge of the board loading/unloading is no longer required.  

The Test Result Manager for magazines of boards is able to identify the boards and use the test data in automated way, even if the boards automatically loaded/unloaded are not provided with an identification code.
