SPEA partners with ATS Engineering to expand its activities in Israel

SPEA and ATS Engineering Ltd. have just entered into a long-term technical-commercial partnership, to promote the diffusion of SPEA test equipment in the Israeli area, which has long been on the cutting edge of research and development in advanced technologies.

SPEA is a world leader in the field of Automatic Testers, Test Cells and Test Handlers for power devices, MEMS & Sensors, PCBAs, silicon wafers, integrated circuits and substrates, batteries, and lighting devices.

“SPEA products are well accepted in the electronics testing field in Europe, USA and Asia, for their recognized capability to lower the cost of production testing, while detecting any possible defects” says Higor Batagin, SPEA Semiconductor Sales Manager for the Israeli area.
