SPEA Suzhou Marks 10 Years with New Facility Opening

SPEA, a global leader in automatic test equipment for electronics, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its expanded Suzhou facility. The new location, five times larger than its predecessor, underscores SPEA’s commitment to the thriving Chinese market and its position as a dominant force in testing, especially for electronic boards, power semiconductors, MEMS, and KGD.

As SPEA business in China has continued to grow and evolve, SPEA found itself in need of a bigger and better space to support its operations and enhance its overall efficiency. The expanded facility provides ample room for SPEA Suzhou to expand its capabilities and better serve its customers.

To commemorate this significant milestone, SPEA Suzhou hosted a grand opening ceremony on September 19th, coinciding with the company’s 10-year anniversary. Over the past decade, SPEA Suzhou has experienced remarkable growth, solidifying its reputation as a top player in its industry. With an installed base of nearly 2000 test systems across China, SPEA has become a trusted partner to numerous manufacturers.

The new facility boasts an industry-leading demo center showcasing SPEA’s cutting-edge testing equipment, including ICT, flying probe testers for PCBs, mixed signal testers, MEMS test cells, and functional testers. A team of highly skilled engineers provides exceptional training and comprehensive after-sales support to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

SPEA Suzhou’s leadership in MEMS and power testing has inspired the company to establish a training center in China. This center will play a crucial role in building ecological links within the industry, fostering knowledge sharing, and promoting collaboration. By investing in training and development, SPEA aims to contribute to the growth and advancement of the Chinese electronics industry.
