SPEA and Chip Test Solutions (CTS) announced the reinforcement of their long-time partnership through the supply of a SPEA DOT analog mixed-signal tester and the opening of a new SPEA office within the CTS headquarters in Santa Clara, California. The local SPEA engineering team will be focused on providing technical assistance, local development of test applications and on-site maintenance services for the installed systems in the region.
