A SPEA class for PoliTO students
Testing Nanotechnologies
In the framework of the “Advanced Technologies and Application” course, taught by Prof. Luciano Scaltrito, SPEA had the opportunity to hold a seminar on the test concepts of Inertial MEMS and Power Devices.
On May 19th the SPEA Team held a class on testing of nanotechnologies for students of Politecnico di Torino. The class provided to the students basic knowledge about testing of nanosensors and micro-electonic devices performed with SPEA machines.
