SPEA at Semicon Taiwan 2020
We want to thank everyone who visited SPEA at Semicon Taiwan 2020!
The booth was crowded for three days and we ended up greatly.
The new SPEA DOT800T at Semicon Taiwan, on September 23-25, at Hypersonic booth #N0676.
DOT800T provides a complete solution for power testing, combining on a single machine all the resources to perform ISO, AC, DC test on the whole range of power applications: wafers, discretes (based on Si, SiC or GaN technology), KGDs, IPMs, DBCs and IGBT modules.
