With DOT800T, SPEA provides a complete solution for power testing, combining on a single machine all the resources to perform ISO, AC, DC test on the whole range of power applications. Multi-core architecture allows DOT800T to perform ISO test, AC test and DC test on dedicated stations, each of which with a dedicated independent controller.
MEMS Test at real
working conditions
SPEA handlers are complemented by the widest range of stimulus units, so to combine in a single machine all the elements of handling, contacting, and complete testing of MEMS and other devices. SPEA stimulus units can include physical MEMS stimulus, contacting unit, and the required test resources.
Probe Card &
Load Board Test
SPEA automatic flying probe testers can thoroughly test any type of probe card or load board, accurately verifying the correct working and parameter values for each net and component, in order to detect every possible process defect. Moreover, SPEA flying probers are also able to simplify the probe card or load board repair process.
